Having prepared fresh food in the fridge is key to eating healthy without spending all day preparing it. Following our meal plans will allow you to only cook and do dishes once a week, but have a variety of home cooked, healthy meals the entire week! Amazing, right?
There are many meal plans out there. Typical “meal prep” lacks flexibility and oftentimes by the end of the week leaves you wanting something new, not the food you prepared. Other plans have delicious recipes, but they are so much work that your entire life has to revolve around planning and preparing your food! What if meal prep was easy, delicious, and allowed for changing preferences throughout the week? That is the driving idea behind Intuitive Meal Prep (IMP). We want to help you feed yourself and your family satisfying meals as efficiently as possible.
We have been using this method of IMP ourselves and are so excited to share it. So picture this: You spend 2-3 hours prepping and cooking food ONCE A WEEK! The rest of the week is a breeze! We are here to walk you through this new way of preparing food with meal plans and recipes. Our ultimate goal is to share a method of preparing delicious meals ahead of time that also allows for spontaneity.
While this is not a diet plan, it can be used by macro and calorie counters! We will be including calorie and macronutrient information in our recipes for your convenience!
We are Certified Physician Assistants with over 10 years of healthcare experience between us. We have seen first hand how poor diet negatively affects health and longevity.
